Taking a Superfood snack break just got easier with these convenient pouches from Shine Organics that have real fruits, veggies and Superfoods blended in them.
One sport that I really enjoy is playing Tennis with my husband. It’s a fun workout where you don’t really feel bored doing the same exact thing that you can feel when you’re in the gym.
But I will be honest, sometimes our tennis sessions really tire us out and although I carry water with me, it’s not enough to sustain me till I reach home and eat a proper meal or snack. That’s why nowadays I try to carry snacks with me to the Tennis Court so that I am not completely out of energy by the time I reach home.
While I love my healthy homemade snacks like my homemade cereal bars or trail mix, I love trying out new healthy alternatives that I can buy in stores and which I can easily carry with me for that much-needed energy boost.
One such healthy snack that I have lately started loving is Shine Organics.
Shine Organics aim to provide you bolder flavor and better nutrition by blending real fruits, veggies, and superfoods. They were created to make superfoods more accessible for consumers. Plus they are also Non-GMO, Organic, Kosher and Vegan.
I was really intrigued to see that they have ingredients like chia seeds, turmeric, kale, etc. in it. Afterall I’m a huge fan of these Superfoods as they are said to be good for your immunity and have anti-oxidant properties. It can’t get better than this.
If you take a quick glance at them, you might think they look like those baby food pouches 😀 but don’t be fooled. These convenient pouches are for adults and are power packed with nutrients.
They come in four different flavors – Revive, Purify, Calm and Elevate.
Out of them I picked up Calm and Elevate for us. Each pouch features a delicious harmony of ingredients and helps you to shine from the inside out.
They are perfect to carry with you whether you are going to work or your kids’ activities or even to a yoga session. Like I mentioned, I also love to have it after a fun tennis session as it helps me to elevate my energy. I recently also took them with me when we went hiking.
After I tried them, I ended up getting more of these pouches as I feel they will be perfect to take them along on our upcoming Fall hikes or to the Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze.
The simplicity of the packaging makes it convenient to carry them with you. Plus they are resealable so you don’t have to worry about anything leaking out.
Although you can have them at room temperature, I honestly feel they do taste best when chilled in the refrigerator.
And while I’m here talking about this cool product that I recently stumbled upon, I would also like to share a sweet deal in case you guys want to try this out for yourself. Because who doesn’t like saving some money?!
I got them from my local Target in the Fruit & Pudding Cups aisle (near the applesauce section)
Deal Alert: Save $1 off a 4 Pack of Shine Organics
And on that note, I’m signing off for the day as I get ready for another tennis session. After all, once winter begins, I won’t be able to take advantage of the outdoor tennis courts.
What is your favorite Superfood Snack? Have you guys tried out Shine Organics?

September 29, 2017I’m not Vegan nor vegetarian but I welcome holistic eating. I have food allergies and can’t eat dairy and am trying to avoid red meat. I’d happily eat more fruits and vegetables. I also must avoid salt and sugar. Therefore I rarely eat out.

September 29, 2017I’m not vegan either but we try to eat vegan as well as vegetarian meals every now and then. My dad has been asked to avoid red meat and certain foods. Making a point to add fruits and veggies to the diet, especially in cases like these is really important.
