Looking for a fun, easy and delicious mocktail that you can make at home this Easter? This Sugar-Free Citrus Raspberry Sparkler is a perfectly refreshing Spring drink that you can sip on as the weather warms up.
Now that the weather has finally become warmer and Spring has officially sprung, sipping on some freshly made handcrafted mocktails from the comfort of our homes gives its own kind of happiness.
But with the current situation that is going on around the world and with Easter just around the corner, I am sure most of you will be celebrating at home instead of going out.
I know it can be challenging to be stuck at home due to Covid-19 but let’s keep a positive mindset and try to bring a little color into our lives.
This Sugar Free Raspberry Sparkler is a perfect way to jazz up your Easter. What’s even best is that you can even let the kids help you out because it is that easy and simple.
For this recipe – all you will need are three key ingredients – sparkling water, lemon juice, and of course the most important ingredient that helped bring out the amazing raspberry flavor to my mocktail – Torani Sugar Free Red Raspberry Syrup. Made with simple and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, one flavor can help you create endless recipes.
Ever since I tried Torani syrups, I have become such a huge fan. Remember this awesome Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Latte that I had shared some time back using their Hazelnut Syrup? To be honest, it still is one of my favorite ways to make cafe style coffee in the comfort of my home.
This Citrus Raspberry Sparkler is so refreshing and is a sure shot winner in my opinion. Since this is a sugar-free recipe, of course, there is no sugar in this mocktail. This Sugar Free Red Raspberry Syrup has the perfect amount of sweetness that you need for this mocktail.
As I mentioned above, it just takes a handful of ingredients and about 5 minutes to make this very refreshing Citrus Raspberry mocktail. Yes, you heard that right – 5 minutes max!
First, pour some sparkling water in your glass.
Pour in some lemon juice.
Then comes the fun part – add 2 tbsp of Torani Sugar Free Red Raspberry Syrup. See how the color changed to this absolutely vibrant red color? Looks so fancy, right?
And then give it a stir, add a couple of ice cubes, few mint leaves and raspberries for the final finishing touch and you have an impressive, fancy-looking Citrus Raspberry Mocktail ready! See, I told you it was easy?
We’ve been loving this mocktail so much, that we have already made it twice in the last week.
