I remember the first time I tried the classic Moscow mule at one of New York’s rooftop restaurants. I was so impressed with its refreshing and clean flavors, that it instantly became one of my most favorite drinks. After that, every time whenever we went out, I always seemed to gravitate towards a glass of Moscow Mule.

The funny thing is, I never expected the hubs to like it since he normally steers clear from cocktails or other mixed drinks like these. But surprisingly even he liked it and now we often make it at home.
