This ‘Very Berry Protein Smoothie with Green Goodness’ is loaded with proteins and the goodness of greens. Deliciousness in a glass!
In a perfect world, where calories won’t matter, I’d just indulge in sweets and delicacies all day long while relaxing in a tropical garden. But life is not always rainbows and butterflies and sparkles. Once you are an adult, you do need to watch what you are eating every now and then in order to stay fit.
I recently came across Aloha which is a company that sells Protein powders, protein bars, teas and more. I was impressed when I read their About Page. They say that they strive towards addressing the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I signed up to get a free trial package from them and was really happy with the results. Aloha is an Organic, Plant-based Dietary Supplement that you can incorporate into your regular diet. You can add it to smoothies or even in soups to make it even healthier!
I used berries like strawberries and blackberries in this smoothie but you can add any berries of your choice. I froze the fruits before using since I like my smoothies thick. But this is completely optional. You can make it without freezing them as well.
This is how I made this delicious Very Berry Protein Smoothie using Aloha Vanilla Protein powder and Aloha Daily Good Greens.
Ingredients
- 1. Frozen Strawberries - 4-5
- 2. Frozen Blackberries - 5-6
- 3. Banana - 1/2
- 4. Yogurt (of your choice) - 1/4 cup
- 5. ALOHA Vanilla Protein - 1 Packet
- 6. ALOHA Daily Greens - 1 Packet
- 7. Milk (Almond/ Regular) - 1 cup
- 8. Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it into a smooth texture. Adjust the amount of milk as per your liking. And your delicious Protein Filled Smoothie with Goodness of Greens is ready!
I did not use honey since my berries were already pretty sweet. But you can totally add it and adjust the sweetness.
