Sometimes, all you need is a long, long walk in the midst of nature to rejuvenate and feel refreshed. I have often heard that connecting with nature makes us forget all of our worries & fears and I do feel it’s true. Our recent trail walk was really blissful – although, I must admit some parts of the trail were a tad too steep for me 😀 But overall, it was such a peaceful experience being one with nature.
The most important thing to remember when going trekking/ hiking is to always stay hydrated. Oh and don’t forget to carry a small first aid kit with you, in case of any minor bruises/ scrapes. But most importantly, don’t forget to live in the moment and enjoy.
So tell me, what is holding you back? Go and explore the simple pleasures of life!
