We all have that one go-to restaurant where we always end up when everything else fails. It’s like when you don’t want to think too much, you just go there. Well, for me, one such place is Chili’s Grill & Bar.

Maybe it’s because it is pretty close to where we stay or maybe it’s also because this simple place is quite affordable.

Granted there can be a waiting for almost 15-20 minutes during peak hours but there is always the take-out option if you stay close by.

My go to dish in Chili’s is their ‘Chipotle Flatbread Pizza.’ 

Don’t get me wrong, I have had a bunch of different dishes every time I go there but I think I have fallen in love with this particular one because every time I go there, I somehow gravitate towards it. It has grilled chicken, tomato, mozzarella cheese, home-made pico de gallo and chipotle pesto. More than anything, I love their Chipotle Pesto –  made with pine nuts, chipotle chillies, parmesan cheese and oil. We always order it on the side… I am a fan and I’m planning to try to make it at home. 

I had to include dessert in this post! Did I just read molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and a chocolate shell on the top in the menu? Talk about satisfying the sweet tooth 🙂
