Looking for fun things to do in Las Vegas? Check out this post before you plan a trip to the city that truly never sleeps.
They say – What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!
Casinos, gambling and endless fun – that’s what I had always heard about Las Vegas. As many of you guys know, it truly is a magical place from where you never wanna come back to reality. It was one of the must-visit places on our list and a few months back we planned to go there along with our friends.
The theme hotels are just on point. I mean, you get to see pretty much every beautiful place in the world there – the replicas of the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids, NY Skyline…you even get a feel of Venice in the famous Gondola ride in Hotel Venetian. What more could I ask for?
We roamed for endless hours, soared across Fremont street on an exciting Zipline, and had a heck of a time at the casinos.
Who says you need money to have tons of fun? ‘The Volcano Show’ at Mirage, the ‘Fountain Show’ at Bellagio and the ‘Viva Vision Light Show’ at Fremont street were simply enthralling and guess what? They were completely FREE. Priceless!
Tip 1: There are free tram services going from certain hotels to another. Although the locations seem to be close, it’s better to give your legs some relief and take advantage of it since you end up walking a lot inside the casinos exploring them.
Tip 2: If you’re looking to save some money and get some good deals on food, you need to check out Las Vegas Perks. You’ll find a ton of dinner and buffet packages, some that are almost half their original price!
Knowing that Grand Canyon is only a few hours away from Vegas, we didn’t want to miss out on it. It’s one of those places where you just stand and appreciate Mother Nature. Let me be honest, the photos don’t do justice to the actual beauty of this place. We made sure to catch the sunset and it was indeed breathtaking.
Staying hydrated is key because the weather can get pretty dry. Carry a few snacks, wear comfortable shoes and you are good to go.
To sum it all up, we had the time of our life! Even though a few months have passed since our trip, we and our friends always end up talking about our Las Vegas experience and reliving those amazing fun-filled moments!
XOXO
