Who’s sad to say goodbye to summer yet excited for Fall?! I know I am! Here are some fun and easy Fall entertaining ideas for your friends and family.

Fall Entertaining Ideas for the Whole Family

Fall is finally here and the weather is getting chilly! The changing colors on the trees, the blanket of fallen leaves on the ground, pumpkin spiced delicacies and just about everything about the sweater weather is what makes me fall in love with it every single time!!

Here are a few easy and fun ways to entertain your guests during a Fall gathering at your home –

1. Spruce up your porch

Whether you go all overboard or whether you want to keep it simple, start by putting a few touches of fall on your front porch that will instantly put you and your guests in the beautiful Fall mood.

2. Simple yet elegant home decor

Identify what your style is – is it the traditional orange & yellow colors or do you like a more rustic look? or perhaps a gold and white look? Whatever it may be, stick to one theme so that it looks more elegant and put together.

3. Pay attention to little details

Little touches of fall decor on your dining table can instantly change the vibe. You can even keep pumpkin spiced or cinnamon apple scented candles or even a few scented pinecones to make your home look cozier and ready for Fall.

4. Fall Charcuterie Platter

You can impress your guests with a Fall themed Charcuterie platter. Make sure you keep an assortment of nuts, cheese, and fruits so that your guests can have a wide variety to select from.

5. Easy Party Food

If you know me, I always like to keep things that are easy, convenient and something that will be enjoyed by everyone. I recently tried out Tyson® Any’tizers® and I have fallen in love with them. Made with white meat chicken in a variety of sauces, they are perfect for any type of Fall celebration.

The Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn chicken and the Tyson® Any’tizers® Boneless Chicken Bites (Buffalo Style) are my personal favorites.

6. Make classic desserts

You can never go wrong with classic desserts like pumpkin pie, pumpkin swirl brownies, apple crisp, apple cobbler etc and are a sure shot crowd pleaser.

7. Or give a twist to the classic desserts and make something healthier for the kids

Make something that is a little healthier like Fruit or Yogurt Parfaits, chocolate barks with nuts etc.

8. Make some delicious Fall themed beverages

Pumpkin spiced lattes or spiced hot chocolate are few of my favorite Fall beverages that we enjoy with our family and friends.

9. Cozy up with a blanket and watch a movie together

If your guests are staying over, you can cozy up with blankets and pillows and enjoy a fun late night movie with them.

10. Have fun in your backyard

If the weather is pleasant, spend some quality time with your friends and family in your backyard. Fun games like going on a treasure hunt in your own backyard or collecting pinecones is a great activity for the kids and adults.

Thanks, Rhonda! We love this time of the year too! It is not yet full fledged Fall here but the weather has definitely started getting cooler and the trees have started changing the colors 🙂

Hooray for the changes–there aren’t many deciduous trees here– but we do have a coulee of maples in the backyard that will turn yellow soon! I love it! Happy Autumn Shamira! xo
