These crunchy Honey Chipotle Barbecue Pumpkin Seeds are such a delicious & tasty snack that I bet you won’t be able to stop once you start eating them.
What do you with all the pumpkin seeds after you are done carving pumpkins? I am sure all you pumpkin lovers must be roasting them – after all, they are such a delicious and nutrient-packed snack.
Pumpkin seeds are said to be packed with anti-oxidants as well as high in fiber amongst other things which makes them a healthier snack alternative.
Usually, whenever I roast pumpkin seeds, I go for a simple seasoning of olive oil, salt, pepper paprika, and garlic powder. But this time around, I decided to switch up things a bit and went for a delicious sweet and slightly spicy seasoning.
I recently got a chance to try out a couple of different seasonings and spices by Enspice. They come in a lot of different varieties like – taco seasoning, cape cod, chipotle bbq, black pepper, seasoned salt, and cinnamon.
The best part about them is that not only do they taste delicious but they are enhanced with 21 plant-based vitamins and minerals with nutrients from 10 organic plants.
So if you look at the ingredient list on the bottle of Chipotle Barbecue Seasoning, you will find that it has nutrients derived from broccoli, sweet potato, shitake mushrooms, kale etc. Knowing that I am adding essential nutrients to my food while cooking food for my family makes me so happy.

For these yummy delicious and crunchy pumpkin seeds, all you have to do is wash the pumpkin seeds thoroughly, strain all the water in a strainer and then dry them on a paper towel. It takes about a day for them to fully dry out.
Then drizzle your pumpkin seeds with some olive oil, chipotle barbecue seasoning, and honey.
Like I mentioned above, I used Enspice Chipotle Bbq seasoning – it is such an easy way to give a delicious twist to this dish along with getting the additional benefits of nutrients that the seasoning is enhanced with.
Finally, put them in your air fryer or oven and roast them for about 10 minutes.
And your crunchy and healthy snack is ready!
