Mango Smoothie Bowl - Let's end summer with the tropical flavor of mangoes and the antioxidant benefits of turmeric in this delicious Mango Turmeric Sunshine Smoothie Bowl.

With pumpkin spiced lattes already out in coffee shops (even though Fall is officially yet to begin) and with summer almost coming to an end, let’s hang onto the last bit of sunshine with this deliciously anti-oxidant filled Sunshine Smoothie Bowl!

My love for smoothie bowls has made me try out different recipes all summer long. Made with just a few ingredients like mangos, bananas, milk, and ground turmeric, this smoothie bowl is seriously irresistible. Plus it has no added sugar which is always a win!

The important point to remember is to freeze your fruits beforehand because it helps to give that rich, creamy texture – almost like an ice cream.

The key ingredient that gives an antioxidant benefit to this smoothie is ground turmeric. Turmeric is said to have many health benefits and has been used for centuries in many cuisines.

I have used Rodelle Organic Ground turmeric for that distinct taste which is a Certified Organic and Kosher product. I have been using Rodelle products for quite some time now and I’m highly, highly satisfied by their quality.

You can either get it online or buy it from a Costco store near you.
