1. Loacker wafers – 2 ($1.29 each)

loacker wafers

Starting from our most favorite item in this month’s box – the Loacker wafers are light and crispy wafers with a creamy, cocoa filling inside. These were gone the moment I opened them up/

The box had two of these and I honestly kinda wish there were more since they are soooo good!

2. Wise Snacks – 4 ($0.50 per bag)

cheez doodles

Another delicious snack – these extra cheesy snacks are sure to satisfy those cheese cravings.

3. Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise ($4.99)

chipotle mayo

Chipotle Mayo is one of my favorite condiments so I was excited to try this brand out and I must say we really enjoyed it. It has a hint of spice and is really versatile. It is made using Certified Humane Free range eggs, 100% sunflower oil, chipotle papers and is non-GMO which is always a good thing.

I put some of this mayo in chicken wraps and it gave a nice kick and taste to them.

4. Uncle Dougie’s Sweet & Snappy Barbecue Sauce ($5.99)

Since July is officially BBQ time, this was the featured product of the month.

It is both sweet and smoky making it the perfect sauce during your barbecue parties. There was also a recipe included for Sweet and Spicy Bison Balls that you can make using this BBQ sauce. We recently tried it on chicken and loved it. I like that it is not overly sweet and has that perfect blend of sweet and smoky flavor.

 5. Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce ($3.98)

plum sauce

Made from quality Chinese plums, ginger and chili, the Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce is a great way to get that Asian style of cooking into your home. I plan to use it as a dipping sauce for appetizers.

6. Aiya Matcha ($17.80)

matcha blend

If you are a Matcha lover, this product is definitely for you.

At $17.80, this was the most expensive product in this month’s box. They also included a matcha latte recipe along with it which we tried out and really liked.

7. Chomps Original Turkey Sticks ($1.99)

chomps

These delicious, on-the-go snacks are made with 100% free-range turkey, simple spices, and 100% clean ingredients and have 10g of protein, 70 calories, and 0g of sugar.

8. Goetze’s Candy Co. ($2.48)

caramel chocolate creams

I can never say no to candies and when it’s a full 10oz bag of sweet chocolate caramel candy with a cream center, can you really eat just one? They are exclusively available at Walmart and are nut free and trans-free.

The total cost of all the products in the box was $41.81 which is almost double than what you pay for.

If the company could tailor the food boxes to my dietary needs I would give it a try.

Eliminate all the dairy products and send only low sodium would be great.

That is actually a great suggestion, Deborah. I don’t think they have the option of selecting as per the dietary needs but I will definitely recommend it to them. Who knows maybe that’s something they can take into consideration.
