No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Made with just 4 ingredients, these amazing Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls are all you need to satisfy those sudden hunger cravings!

no bake peanut butter chocolate balls

I have a question for you all. Who else is addicted to Pinterest? Lately, I have been so addicted to it that I have to unwillingly close it in order to avoid cravings for all things delicious because it starts making me ‘hangry’ after some time. Can anyone relate or am I the only one?

So just the other day, I came across several peanut butter chocolate chip ball recipes on Pinterest and well, I couldn’t resist making them. You see, peanut butter & chocolate cravings, especially on weekends is a deadly combination.

Warning – If you are a peanut butter + chocolate lover, you will want to leave everything and make them right now!? This is one of the easiest recipes that is sure to satisfy those sudden sweet cravings.

“There’s nothing that a little peanut butter & chocolate can’t fix!”

Made from just 4 ingredients (ok make it 5 if you count the coconut garnish on top) this is a perfect treat or even as a gift for that special loved one.

Here’s what you’ll have to do –

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1. Peanut butter - 1 cup
  • 2. Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  • 3. Honey - 3 tbsp
  • 4. Chocolate chips (semi-sweet/ dark/ milk) - 1/2 cup
  • 5. Coconut flakes/ nuts (optional) - to garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and honey in a medium sized bowl and combine it well (you can use a food processor/ electric mixer to combine it but I just used a spatula) Once the mixture turns into a ball, shape them into bite sized or approx 1 inch sized balls. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper/ foil and freeze them for 15min.
  2. Remove them from the freezer after 15min. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave for 2 minutes or as per the package directions. Dip the peanut butter balls in it with the help of two forks or spoons. Place them on parchment paper. Garnish with coconut flakes/ crushed nuts of your choice. Freeze again for 15 more min.
  3. Remove from freezer and relish them.

Notes

If you find that the mixture is a little sticky and you are finding it difficult to roll them in balls, try placing it in the fridge for 15 minutes before shaping them into balls.

And if there are any left, (which I highly doubt since they are so addicting) store in an airtight container at room temperature or keep them in the fridge if you like them chilled.

So I say, ditch that cookie with loads of butter and flour in it and try making these fun no-bake chocolate peanut butter balls for a change. At least, you won’t feel as guilty while eating them?

I have used less sugar just like the time I made the Mango Muffins since I prefer things to not be overly sweet. But you can always adjust the sweetness as per your liking.

I bet they will taste just as delicious. Maybe you could use them instead of peanut butter. Thanks a lot for reading. xoxo
