Now that summer is here, I’m always reaching out for a glass of juice or a nice iced coffee or iced latte. While I love cold refreshing beverages, I’m not really a fan of all the sugar in it. On the other hand, fruit-infused water not only tastes delicious but can also help to detoxify your system. Plus it has next to nothing calories – so it’s a total winner.
Here are 4 ways to make delicious fruit infused water. It’s also a great way to serve your water during a hot BBQ party.
Blueberry Strawberry & Mint Infused Water
This is my favorite infused water to instantly feel refreshed. You get that delicious berry flavored taste and oh, if you’re having a 4th of July party at your home, this is a fun way to celebrate it as it goes very well with the 4th of July Red and blue theme.
Cucumber Mint Infused Water
A great way to cool down and relax. Just add a few slices of cucumber and mint leaves. It tastes great even without the mint.
Pineapple Water
Give a tropical twist to your water by adding a few chunks of pineapple in your water.
Lemon Mint Water
This is a classic. Lemon has a lot of antioxidants & a while back I had shared the benefits of drinking warm lemon water in the morning . You can add both limes as well as lemons to make this even prettier.
We hope you give these fruit-infused water recipes a try. What are some of the ways you like to stay cool during the summer?
