My love affair with simple, no-bake and healthy treats is a never-ending one! That is why I’m always experimenting around with recipes and post those which I know y’all will enjoy and love.

Now you might say – ‘she always says that her recipes are simple.’ But trust me, they really are! I’m not someone who can whip out super-complex recipes ๐Ÿ˜€ And I secretly envy those of you who can do it like magic!

I’m sure most of you out there, especially moms, feel happy when they know what exact ingredients go inside a particular snack. These Peanut Butter Oat Bars will make sure your kids are not just eating junk but something really substantial. And they will beย gone in no time, I kid you not!

Also, you can easily double up this recipe if you want to make a bigger batch. All you need is 5 minutes of prep time and you will be out of that kitchen!

No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Here’s how to make this easy Peanut Butter Oat Bars recipe –ย 

  1. 3-Ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars

    Ingredients

    • Old Fashioned/ Rolled Oats - 2 cups
    • Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup
    • Honey - 1/3 cup
    • That's it! Really.

    Instructions

    1. In a medium sized bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    2. Stir this mixture and add the oats in it. Mix till it is combined well.
    3. Line an 8" or 9" tray with foil (lightly greased) and transfer this mixture in it. Spread in an even layer. Refrigerate it f or at least 2 hours or until set. Then cut into squares.

    Notes

    If you like your Peanut Butter Oat bars to be soft and chewy, you can store it in an airtight container. Or if you like them to be a little more firm, you can store them in a ziplock bag and store it in the refrigerator.
