Being One with Nature

Trail walk amidst nature

Sometimes, all you need is a long, long walk in the midst of nature to rejuvenate and feel refreshed. I have often heard that connecting with nature makes us forget all of our worries & fears and I do feel it’s true. Our recent trail walk was really blissful – although, I must admit some parts of the trail were a tad too steep for me 😀 But overall, it was such a peaceful experience being one with nature.

The most important thing to remember when going trekking/ hiking is to always stay hydrated. Oh and don’t forget to carry a small first aid kit with you, in case of any minor bruises/ scrapes. But most importantly, don’t forget to live in the moment and enjoy.

Thanks a lot Shari! You know even I wasn’t aware that Such a beautiful trail was so close to me. It’s so funny how we sometimes fail to see the beauty around us.

What a beautiful place and love your thoughts. Is that a brown bear in the frame?

Thanks a lot..glad you liked my post. Oh and that’s not a bear..that was a huge, furry dog (I’m sorry I’m not aware what breed it was) But yes, it does look like a bear from afar haha 😊
