hasselback chicken

Here are the super-simple steps for making this delicious Easy-Cheesy Hasselback Chicken –

Easy-Cheesy Hasselback Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1. Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast - 2
  • 2. Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • 3. Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup grated
  • 4. Paprika
  • 5. Bread Crumbs (optional)
  • 6. Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
  2. Rinse the chicken breast well and pat it dry. Cut several slits across the chicken about 1 cm apart and season with salt, pepper, a sprinkle of paprika and coat it with bread crumbs (Coating with bread crumbs is an optional step. I used roasted garlic bread crumbs)
  3. Stuff your cream cheese in these slits and grate some cheddar cheese generously on top.
  4. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 - 25 min or until the chicken is fully cooked.
